Engagement rings may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, provided the following requirements are met: All original packaging, including all tags or boxes must be included with the return, and any jewelry containing a natural or lab grown diamond 0.50ct or larger must be returned with its original certificate. Jewelry returns will be processed up to 7 business days after being received by the returns warehouse.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, as our pieces are sourced from expert manufacturers and made to last, and we certify it to be free from manufacturer’s defects. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, trauma such as yanking, discoloration or damage resulting from improper use or storage of your jewelry, or any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Quince.
