The quality of the cotton is excellent, the stitching and tailoring, also excellent. I am normally a medium, I am 5 feet 7 inches, 142 Lbs., I ordered a medium, and the fit was great. I liked the Bay Leaf color so much, I ordered a second pair. Please make in more colors, chocolate brown, golden brown, and chambray would be wonderful! The elastic waist is soft but holds up and does not roll down after wearing all day.

Great Simple Shorts

These shorts are all I am wearing this summer! The details are beautiful- the hem line, the waistband. They are so comfortable. I’m a size 4 in jcrew, and the Small fits perfectly. I want more colors!  Unbeatable price!

Perfect hot weather short.

The quality is excellent. The poplin is lightweight, not sheer, a little stiff out of the bag, but quickly softened while wearing the shorts. The pockets are nice and deep but hold their shape.I love the Bay Leaf color. Please add more colors! Could you make in chocolate brown, driftwood, and maybe azure stripe? I am 5 ft & 7 in, 142 Lb.s and usually wear a medium in bottoms. Ordered the shorts in medium and fit was great. The waistband is not tight and stays put.

Cute, good quality and material feel. Can wear these with t-shirt and sneakers, or a cute tank top and dressy sandals.

Great shorts to dress up or down

These shorts are great! Fit true to size, super comfortable with the stretchy waistband, and the color is very nice. They have a kind of naturally-rumpled look that might not be to everyone's taste but I like it just fine. Added some much-needed variety to my summer wardrobe.

One request to Quince - can you sew the elastic down? It tends to roll if you sit.

More colors please!

These shorts are great quality, comfortable, and fit my classic wardrobe. They are also light weight which is nice for hot summer days. 

Comfortable and Classic

These are exactly what I’ve been looking for. They’re high waisted but not so short that I worry about them, great breathable fabric, and deep pockets. I want to buy them in more colors!

Love these shorts!

The fabric is nice, but the fit is terrible. The front looks like a ballon anytime I move and the crotch comes way to far up.....

Poor fit

Love them. Super forgiving and loose. I bought a size XL and they seem a bit big but they shrink when you wash them. Opaque

Very comfotable, think ripstop like material

No my favorite from quince. I had high expectations. The description of high waisted, elastic band , pockets and poplin cotton seem attractive to me. Upon arrival everything looks good. Trying it on felt great. Wearing it fora Day Trip not so much. It felt like the short got bigger and longer on the front (crotch ), at the end of the day felt like the shorts were drawing me.
Sad, I love the color and the fabric but the fit wasn't the best

It’s comfortable but kind of of bulky. Great quality and love the color.

Pretty nice, but a little too structured/stiff for me. They run slightly larger than the euro linen shorts. Normally between a XS-S, ordered a S.

Liked the fabric and color but the fit was strange. Returned. 

Not for me

The fabric is lovely, the fit is frumpy. It made my flat stomach look like I had a weird pooch across the abdomen.  It made me look like I was wearing ill fitting boxer shorts. I returned them.
