Jacques Pilon’s career as art director for shelter and architectural magazines in Toronto honed his artistic and decorative eye. Exploring two-dimensional spatial relationships with form and color has always been his main interest. Drawing on restful colors and balanced designs, his intention is to communicate a feeling, emotion, or energy that speaks to and engages the viewer. Circling the Square 2” is inspired by digital experiments with shapes and colors to create complimentary colors and design.
