Beautiful rug!

The Georgette rug was a gamble, not seeing in person, but is beautiful. It is soft and of good quality. It is more faded in color than pictured but will work with my room especially because I have a dark sofa. I’m very pleased with the quality and price point.

It's PINK!

I bought this rug for my living room. It looks red in the pictures, but it is actually pink! It's a pretty pink but I did not intend a pink rug for my living room, it doesn't match the space at all. The shipping process was a bit muddled as well. The rug pad shipped without the rug, but when the pad was delivered the status read that both the rug and the pad were delivered. There was a bit of back and forth questioning whether the rug was really delivered. Then the rug was out of stock, then days later back in stock. After communicating with (4) customer care representatives, the rug in the original order was cancelled and a new order was created on my behalf. When I finally received the rug, it was a hug disappointment that it is pink. Now the return experience. I started the return process but with a newborn, got pulled away and wasn't able to complete the process. However, Quince completed the process on my behalf apparently. I received the return label with instructions to pack up the rug and bring it to USPS. I was surprised when a FedEx delivery person came to the house to pick up the rug. As I was under the impression I had to bring the rug to USPS, the rug wasn't yet packed to be picked up (which had I known someone was coming to pick up the rug, I would have been prepared as this is the most convenient option for me). I reached out to customer service to resubmit a shipper to have the FedEx person return. All sorts of inconveniences and miscommunications in each step of this experience. I like Quince. I recommend Quince. But this experience has been ugly thus far.
