    ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

    1. When and how will my caviar be shipped?

Your order will be delivered between December 17–19 with overnight shipping to maintain freshness. You will receive an email a couple weeks prior confirming your exact delivery date within the window. Each shipment is packed to order using an insulated box and advanced ice packs to remain cold for 48 hours.

    2. What is your return policy?

Caviar is final sale due to its perishable nature.

    3. How long does caviar last?

Unopened caviar will last until the best-consumed-by date on the bottom of the tin. Once opened, it should be enjoyed within 2–3 days. The telltale signs of caviar spoilage include a sour taste or overly fishy smell.

    4. How should I store caviar?

Caviar is perishable and must be refrigerated. When you receive your caviar, transfer it directly to the coldest part of your fridge. The recommended temperature for storing caviar is between 28–35 °F.

    5. How should I open the tin?

Press a flat-edged tool between the lid and base of the tin, and twist slightly to open.

    6. How should I serve caviar?

We recommend serving your caviar with the complimentary mother of pearl spoon included in each order. Avoid metal spoons, which can impact the texture and flavor. Place your tin in a bowl over salted, crushed ice to maintain optimal taste and quality.

    7. Why are your prices so low?

We have reimagined the traditional direct-to-consumer model in order to minimize waste and cost. We work directly with the farms and use no middlemen. We also endeavor to minimize corporate overhead while not compromising on quality or customer experience.
