Question 1

What styles and materials of sofas do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Beyond our upholstered seating collections, we offer individual sofas and loveseats in premium materials — performance fabrics like velvet, boucle, and chenille linen blend, and genuine Italian leather — including midcentury silhouettes and styles set on solid oak bases. Each pairs comfortable cushioning with a durable, handcrafted frame.

Question 2

How are your sofas built to last?

Accepted Answer

Each sofa is expertly handcrafted on a sturdy wood frame with high-density foam cushioning and contract-grade upholstery chosen to stay supportive and hold its shape over time — all backed by our lifetime frame guarantee. Solid wood bases and legs add lasting stability.

Question 3

How do I choose the right fabric?

Accepted Answer

Performance velvet offers a soft, plush hand in rich tones; boucle and chenille linen blend add cozy, natural-looking texture; and genuine Italian leather is durable and develops a rich patina over time. All are durable and family-friendly.

Question 4

How do I care for my sofa?

Accepted Answer

Spot-clean performance-fabric upholstery per the fabric guidance and vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment; wipe leather with a dry or barely damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Fluff cushions periodically to maintain their shape, and keep upholstery out of prolonged direct sunlight to minimize fading.

Question 5

How is my sofa delivered and assembled?

Accepted Answer

Your sofa is delivered via free white glove service and arrives fully assembled — the delivery team brings it into your home, places it wherever you'd like, and removes all packaging. We recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering.

Question 6

How will my furniture be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

Question 7

What is the white glove delivery process like?

Accepted Answer

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Question 8

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Question 9

How do I measure to make sure my furniture will fit?

Accepted Answer

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see our furniture measuring guide (https://www.quince.com/furniture-measuring-guide).

Question 10

What does the warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use. It does not cover commercial use, or damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear to fabric. See our warranty policy (https://www.quince.com/warranty?trafficSource=footer&qpid=_wb6q0l0c6) for full details.

Question 11

Why are your prices so low?

Accepted Answer

We partner directly with the makers who craft our furniture, cutting out the traditional markups so you get premium materials and construction at a fraction of conventional retail prices.
