Question 1

What does the Brennan collection look like?

Accepted Answer

The Brennan is a slim-arm design that blends timeless lines with a relaxed, refined feel. It also sits with a higher seat and higher back than our other collections, making it a great pick if you prefer a more upright, supportive posture. It's offered as a sofa, sleeper sofa, chaise and L-shaped sectionals, an accent chair, a swivel chair, and an ottoman, so you can furnish an entire space in one cohesive look.

Question 2

How is the Brennan built to last?

Accepted Answer

The Brennan is expertly handcrafted in North Carolina using premium materials sourced from around the world, on a kiln-dried hardwood frame from responsibly managed forests. The frame is precision-cut and fastened with mortise-and-tenon and puzzle joinery, and the seat is supported by a durable sinuous-spring suspension — all backed by our lifetime frame guarantee.

Question 3

How comfortable are the cushions?

Accepted Answer

Both the seat and back cushions use a 50/50 blend of feather, down, and recycled polyfiber over a high-density foam seat core, for a sink-in feel that still keeps its shape, with the fill wrapped in a channeled down-blend ticking jacket to prevent leakage. As with any down-blend cushion, we recommend fluffing about once a week to redistribute the plush fill. Cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning.

Question 4

What fabrics and colors does the Brennan come in?

Accepted Answer

The Brennan is upholstered in your choice of contract-grade performance velvet, performance basketweave, or performance chenille linen blend — all durable and suitable for high-traffic, family-friendly use. The velvet and basketweave are both Oeko-Tex certified, and the chenille linen blend is a Crypton fabric that's GREENGUARD certified. Each comes in a range of rich shades, and complimentary swatches are available so you can find the right color and feel before you order.

Question 5

Does the Brennan ship assembled?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sofas, sleeper sofas, accent chairs, swivel chairs, and ottomans arrive fully assembled. Sectionals ship in 2-3 fully built pieces (depending on size) that your white glove team connects in your room. Because these pieces ship fully built, we recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering.

Question 6

How will my furniture be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

Question 7

What is the white glove delivery process like?

Accepted Answer

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Question 8

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Question 9

How do I measure to make sure my furniture will fit?

Accepted Answer

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see our furniture measuring guide (https://www.quince.com/furniture-measuring-guide).

Question 10

What does the warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use. It does not cover commercial use, or damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear to fabric. See our warranty policy (https://www.quince.com/warranty?trafficSource=footer&qpid=_wb6q0l0c6) for full details.

Question 11

Why are your prices so low?

Accepted Answer

We partner directly with the makers who craft our furniture, cutting out the traditional markups so you get premium materials and construction at a fraction of conventional retail prices.
